Sky puck not working

I have a 2 year old puck. It has always been intermittent but now hardly works at all. I keep having to reboot but it continually does not connect to WiFi, keeps dropping out, says there is a technical fault or is very laggy. When I go on diagnostics it says it's working fine. This is clearly not the case. How do I get a replacement?

@you need to contact sky for further troubleshooting 

 

worth trying to move it in the open 

 

try an ethernet cable and turn the WiFi off 

 

run a network check within the Netflix app settings to see what speed you are getting 

 

reboot your router
