Unable to activate Discovery plus Subscription 2025
I have being unable to activate my Discovery Plus subscription since I got Sky a month ago. It is part of my plan. I have tried on a laptop, mobile as well as the Discovery App on Sky Stream on the T.V. Each time it tells me 'oops something has gone wrong, we are having diffculty connecting to your main provider." I have rang customer service and they got me to update the puck and restart everything but still no luck. Has anyone any ideas?
