Sky telling me to upgrade

New to Sky and I've chosen to watch And Just Line That, no problem watching for 3 days then now getting a message telling me to upgrade to carry on watching. How do I get rid of this or fix it? Thank you.

Would suggest trying a restart of your Sky Stream box
Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete
