Sky puck keeps cutting out and going to a black screen

Sky puck keeps going to a black screen happening 5 times a day. Having to power off and back on all the timeAlready gad a new box because the first didntvwork. Used different hdmi port Bought new faster 2.1 hdmi cable. Never have issues with firestick. What could be the issue? Only seems to do it on. Sky sports uhd channels Running virgin 1gb Samsung tv set with input signal plus on

What is your  broadband speed? 

Have you done a network  check in the Netflix app? Go to the Netflix app  open it go down to the help click on  that  go to check the network  and run that to see  what speed the app is getting, also how are your  puck connected  to the Internet ethernet cable  or wifi, and one more thing are you pay sky to watch uhd ? Just asking  so we can try  to help, also is the puck picture settings  at auto  and is your  tv a 4k  tv the more  information  you can give  the better  for us

Just had to reset my box again as netflix wouldn't open. Ran a test getting 215mbps Picture set to auto Running on wifi using a asus rt-ax86u router wifi 6. I do pay for uhd

And sorry yes it's a 4k tv Samsung Q80T

Try changing the picture settings from auto to one of the other options
