Sky puck content error

The streamed version Simpsons S34E20 starts at the end of the episode and moves onto advertisements around 10 seconds in.  After the adverts it moves on to season 20E05.  I suspect it shows that entire episode.

Are you going to resolve the issue.  Incorrect content shouldn't require my direct conversation,  but I am happy to talk to someone if contacted.

They would need more information so they can locate the asset you have a problem with which is why they invited you to a chat to get that info.
