Sky puck buffering issues
Hello,
Has anyone else been experiencing acute buffering issues this last week with puck?
It's especially bad in the 4K sports channels.
Not sure if Sky are doing this as it's my last month with this infernal technology!
Have rebooted router and puck but to no avail.
BBC even has a woeful picture compared to Freesat.

Mine this week has been stopping streams randomly and showing technical dault
message, I have to flick off the channel and back in again for it to come back on. My playlists have also either been completely dissapearing or showing other playlist items in the wrong playlists. Menu loading has been slow with a loading message for about 3-5 seconds.
been through all sorts with sky and they are eventually sending me a new box out, but my second box is also doing it so not sure if it's the batch of boxes both doing it or if it is indeed a sky side issue

Thanks but I'm on my third box in under 2 years. Will go to Now TV through an Apple TV.
