Sky box

My sky box when I turn on the tv never work I have to turn on the tv wait 5 minute and then turn it off again for then the sky to work I have had this issues for 2 weeks now and it so annoying every time I come in to watch tv I have to turn it on to then wait 5 minute to then turn it off again for it to work. I have had sky all my life I had it at my parents house all my family have it now I have my own house and to have this issue it's annoying

I really want this issue fixed I tried calling up and I have had no response at all

Hi @Lydialamb 

 

You will need to provide more information. Which Sky product do you have. You have posted in Sky Glass (which is a TV not a box). Is this correct? What error are you seeing? Or in what way is it not working? Please provide as much information as possible.

 

Remember we are fellow subscribers on the community and have no idea what your set up is unless you tell us! However we have seen most errors and can usually point you in the right direction.

 

Alternatively you can call Sky for assistance.
