Sky Puck erratic
My Sky Puck which is about 2-3 years old often takes a long time to start and often I have to reboot it.
I have followed the suggested help instructions and still the problem persists

If got your puck before 23rd of Feb 2023 it will be owned by you and therefore not covered by warranty anymore. If you got it after this date it is loaned to you and sky should replace it. (See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/your-devices-sky-glass)
All my pucks are from when Glass first came out and working as expected (except for a no WiFi bug which is also happening on Glass), so other than connecting via ethernet and turning WiFi off, or conducting a factory reset to see if these have a positive effect, the only other thing could be possible hardware failure. You will need to call Sky to discuss options.
