Hi @Stevendowns 

 

You will need to provide more information. We are fellow customers not Sky so know nothing about you and your setup.

 

What's not connecting? The remote? WiFi? Is this a new install or has it been working previously?

 

The community will do it's best to assist but we need something to go off!
