Sky box has disconnected from my hub

Has amyone else had problem my sky pix has disconnected from my wifi hub both with sky so not sure qhy this has happend

@Becky283  Do you mean a Sky Puck?    Is it connected over wifi?    Have you tried resetting the network on the Settings menu on the puck?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hi @Becky283 and welcome to the forum.  I have not had this issue for a long time but when I did I found the following procedure got my puck connected to the internet again.

 

Put your Glass or puck into Standby and then unplug both your Glass TV (or puck) and router.  Leave for a couple of minutes and then plug your router back in and wait for it to finish rebooting.  Once it has rebooted plug your glass TV back in and when that has also rebooted it should have reconnected to the internet
