Playlist errors

Every time I try to watch a problem with ad breaks I receive an error message during the ads and cannot watch further. I am a new user of sky tv and so have a new puck. What can I do? BBC programming is fine.

Have you tried a restart of your Sky Stream box
Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete.

 

Different ways to get to the settings menu;
Hit the . . . button on your remote and select settings, use voice saying 'settings' or scroll down to the settings menu on the home menu.

Thanks for replying. Yes, have done a restart but it has made no difference. There seems to be a lot of people with this issue when I googled the problem!
