Sky arts channel not working

Channel been unavailable for at least 3 days. When selecting channel it freezes the remote and requires powering puck down to see anything.

Hi,

 

Found out that by updating all apps and refreshing things, it seems to have fixed the problem. Thanks again for ypur help

Hi @Mike952  I have just checked on my Stream puck and SKy Arts was working correctly so it would appear to be an issue at your end.  

 

In case it is just a software glitch try rebooting your puck by going to Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > Restart device.  It takes a couple of minutes to completely reboot and you will have a blank screen for a couple of minutes before the Sky logo appears.

Thank you for your advice. I have restarted the puck but unfortunately it has not made a difference. The problem only seems to affect trying to stream the painting programme fronted by Stephen Mangan.

That's a shame @Mike952  I don't know what else to suggest as the issue must be at your end as I have Portrait painter of the year in my playlist and have watched the first 2 episodes without incident.

 

Maybe report the problem to viewer relations at viewerR@sky.uk and they will investigate in case thee is some sort of broadcast issue.
