refund for unwanted sky stream puck

i was having sky installed ,they sent me a sky stream puck left in my porch, i decided to stay with virgin media has it was a better deal, they were fine with that and sent me a return box to send the sky stream puck back, which i did straight away and said i would get the total refund back of £9,99. however i have had a message to say Send it back, and it has gone back at least 3 week ago

Hi @beaubear  you will need to contact Sky to sort this out.  Is is not something that the public customer forum can sort out for you.

 

Sky will certainly not issue a refund whilst they believe the puck has not been returned.  Claiming they have not received the return is unfortunately quite a common complaint and happened to me a few years ago returning a Sky Q multi room puck.  When you phone Sky have your proof of postage ready and they will hopefully sort it out over the phone (at least they did in my case).

You are not talking to sky on here we are all fellow customers on here like yourself, you will have to call sky about this
