Sky Stream puk faulty

My Sky Stream box is faulty. I have tried all the suggested remedies but it won't show any channel content and is now saying it isn't connected to the internet even though it's connected to the router via an Internet cable!!!

@AndyReading have you turned off WiFi in your Puck's (your Sky Stream box) settings?
