I didn't have this issue either and I agree that it is hit and miss with the pucks at times

Yeah definitely, it depends on what mood my pucks are in to be honest with you

I have just been speaking to a Sky Adivsor about this, it appears to be a known issue that will be hopefully fixed in a future firmware update (no timescale given as yet).. so good to know it wasnt me going mad.....

I'm really glad to hear that. Another issue can be a technical issue with this channel that can often happen so hopefully that will get sorted out soon too

My ability to FF or RW on any content is flaky. 

Should we have the ability to play from start on Ch 4 channels as I don't ?

@Anonymous I think it depends on the programme, but we watched bake off the other night on CH4 and used watch from the start

@Anonymous I fully agree that FF & RW can be tempremental, especially when watching UHD.  So far I have not had any problems with watch from start on Ch 4 🤞
