Sky Stream Return Address

Hi All,

Hoping you can help.

I returned my Sky Stream puck in the middle of January, but haven't recieved any confirmation of recipet from Sky. 

When I check Royal Mail, they want the destination postcode to view the full details, but I don't kniw what this is.

Does anybody have the Sky Stream return postcode by any chance so I can access  the proof of delivery!

I understand Sky parcelforce 48 service for you returning equipment. This is a tracked service, when you took your parcel to the post office you would have a receipt. On that receipt is a tracking number. If you go on to the royal mail web site and follow the instructions puting that tracking number in, you can see when your parcel was delivered and even see who sighed for it,

I had a RoyalMail collection, so I have a proof of postage but no destination postcode!

My recent returns all used a XX40 out code with different incodes. But it's a dummy postcode for Unipart Logistics in Coventry and Royal Mail tracking doesn't recognise it as a valid postcode. On one occasion the tracking never updated but Sky acknowledged the return in the My Sky app about three weeks later.

Proof of postage is all you need. Keep it indefinitely in case Sky query it in future.
