@Colin761 Hi Colin, there could be a number of reasons but need a bit more information . Presumably you have a picture, and does your remote work otherwise, changing channels etc? When you go into Settings what Digital audio output have you chosen? Have you tried resetting your puck by unplugging from the mains leaving it for at least 30 seconds then plugging back in and waiting for it to return you to the Home Screen.
