TV Channels freeze when watching on our Sky Streaming puck. Have tested wifi & broadband and they are all good. Also happens on some apps such as YouTube

Did you for example open netflix, go to the Get Help section and riun a conn ection test? What speed was reported through this test?

I have ran the test through Netflix and it states the connection speed is 60 Mbps. This is an adequate connection speed isn't it?
