Poor quality picture on TNT sports

I have payed to watch the Autumn rugby internationals on TNT sports through SKY . So far the picture quality has been very poor ,worse than terestrial TV .  This site says I am the only one having this problem , however there are lots of complaints of poor picture quality on other platforms

Same here. Stops and starts but Sky app says TV streaming is good?
