Sky Stream Puck remote does not sync with Sony Bravia TV

Also if you go to your TV settings...

Channels & Inputs > External inputs > HDMI signal format

what is the format selected for the HDMI that the puck is connected to?

Enhanced they are all set to but we're on basic option

By basic I assume the standard form or do you mean the enhanced form?

On my TV.... HMDI 3 & 4 let you set it to Ehanced format ( Dolby  Vision) and move the cable connected to the puck the HDMI number you  choose

also are you using the cable that Sky provided? If not I suggest you do..

I've asked a couple of times is HDMI  control set to ON.... is it.... 

if none of this works I think I've run out of items you can check
