Sky Stream Puck remote does not sync with Sony Bravia TV

Is Sky ever going to contact me to assist with this problem ? Heard nothing for months and others have the same issue.

Hi, I received a new remote today and re-tested and volume does still not work.

went through the 32 options again and still the same issue.

I have exactly the same problem for a Sony Bravia TV...

But if you don't know already...... once you get to the end of the first 32.... just press no to everything...... it gives you the chance to pick your specific brand and TV model number... it does not help the problem but at least you know you have the right TV...

- Still only Switches off the puck, not TV, 

- volume control works

- if TV and puck are off switches both TV & puck on

I have a fix.... but you'll have to use the Sony remote to switch off your tv / puck.... volume, switch on can be done by the puck remote

- On Sony tv go to settings

- Channels & Inputs

- External inputs

- Bravia Sync settings 

- Bravia sync control, auto devices off & Auto TV on all set to ON

- Go to Bravia Sync device list

- You should see all your HDMI devices connected to  HDMI

- Make sure the puck is on so you can see it.... but it works for all other connected devices too 

- It will show on the HDMI number it is connected

- Press ENABLE
- Come out of settings

- Now by pressing the TV power button any connected HDMI will turn off with the TV

Have you tried to find your exact model using the remote

You should be able to do this after you have just flicked through the first 32 saying no...

tben it gives you the option to find the manufacturer &model yourself

Make sure you have turned on HDMI control in startup and standby first before you go to connected  devices and selecting your sky remote

Yes, it's there but still nothing to connect the sound or switch off using sky remote only
