Sky Stream Puck Not Working Right

I have 4 Sky Stream Pucks and 3 work fine but 1 will freeze as soon as you choose a channel keeps disconnecting, and will after you restart will just go black screen and unresponsive, i have tried reconnecting, unplugging, reseting still no luck

Hi @davidbartz79 

 

It could be a faulty puck or a WiFi black spot. Try switching them with a working puck and see what happens. If it's a faulty puck you will need to speak to Sky to obtain a replacement as we are fellow customers here on the community.

I know this sounds stupid but here goes.

 

I have 3 pucks, they were all plugged-in, in random hdmi ports.

 

Now and then they would mess up.

 

If I pressed the home button, they would switch to a hdmi input not connected to the puck, a reboot sorted it.

 

Now I have them all in hdmi 1 I don't get this problem.
