Programme not in English when viewing Discovery +

Seem to be having this problem when viewing programmes on Discovery + through my Sky Stream service.  Tried to watch Ant Antstead - Born a Mechanic and the first episode starts but he is talking in another language, and Wheeler Dealers World Tour in the German BMW episode Mike is talking in German, but English in all others?  I have English set as the default language for Discovery + but can't work out how to change it when watching a programme. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Yes this does happen occasionally on Discovery+.

Also, did view a Wheelers Dealers episode the other day and it was not in English, while all others were in the series.

When playing, use your select button and go down to the bar and click on right language/subtitle icon the to change the language to English for that episode.
