Sky Stream Payment Issue Nowrich

Regarding the installation of my Sky broadband services, including the streaming feature, which has not yet been completed despite my order being placed 3-4 months ago.

During this period, I have received multiple notifications requesting payment; however, I have been unable to connect with a representative to discuss the ongoing issues regarding my installation. When I attempt to reach out using the provided contact number, I am only directed to automated payment prompts, with no option to speak with a human agent.

This situation has left me feeling quite frustrated,  seems like i am living in a stone age. if you could provide any assistance in resolving this matter swiftly.

@MZ84  If you ordered broadband & Sky stream and your broadband service has been delayed payment would still be needed for Sky Stream as that would have automatically activated after 21 days if you didn't set this up as per the T&C's you have agreed to.

As you owe money you will need to pay what Sky state you owe them before you can speak to an agent. Sky will not speak to you until to pay what Sky believe you owe.

@MZ84  Sky assumes that either your service with them would have gone live within 14 days or that you had an existing broadband connection.

Regardless of any broadband installation delays Sky stream woukld have been activated as explained so payments would have commenced per month for that service.  Which is why you're being asked to make payment.

@GD1 it used to be 14 but now it's 21 days, unless it's suddenly dropped back to 14
