You will need to provide more information for the community to assist.. what sky box? What sky product? Sky Q Mini box? Sky stream? What have you done so far to try and restore service (e.g. powered off at mains). If sky stream Who is your ISP? What speeds do you get? Do you have other pucks? Etc etc
Remember we are fellow customers not sky and know nothing about your set up unless you tell us!
