Sky Stream Installation

I am trying to install Sky Stream. I have plugged the box in and followed the directions  to the point where it won't link to my account.  I have a screen with the sky logo/button and two buttons for Settings and Help...... I push the sky logo and the next screen says "Welcome to sky Stream PUK".  The screen then changes to one that says "You're Now Connected: Let's finish the rest of setup so you can start watching your favourite shows". Then a button that says Continue.... I push that.  Next screen asks ne if I want my sky remote to control TV volume etc.  I push button that says Yes.   Connect to TV Brand us LG.  I don't know model number so push "find it for me".... After 6 attempts it does and now says I am connected .  I have no speakers so say no.  Next screen says "let's finish rest of set up"... I push continue button. Next screen is titled 'Sky Stream puck Setup and has a note that says "checking your status".... do I sit and wait.  Next screen says they are unable to find my account.  So I 'Try it Again and wait...... I get a plain blue screen and 5 minutes later I am still waiting.  Even 15 minutes later I am still waiting  and thats ir. Still waiting and no TV.... Any ideas?

Keep an eye out for an invite or blue chat bubble.

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

Be reassured the email & message is from Sky and your details are safe and secure.
If you are using Safari please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the blue bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.

I would also recommend that if not already on, that you turn email/private message notifications on to avoid missing any alerts

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
