Replacing batteries in stream remote on a weekly basis
For the last 3 months I am having to replace the batteries in my stream remote weekly, downstairs isn't too bad, maybe monthly, but upstairs is weekly, that's not right surely

@Paulb361 This is a fairly common problem. I had the same thing but in my case they lasted about 3 weeks so I was a little better off than you are. I contacted Sky and they sent me a replacement remote which has resolved the issue.

If you have one available you can also use a Sky Q remote. I use one as a spare.

Sky Q remotes should've been returned to Sky🤔

@Exiled-in-HH Only one needs to be returned. I had 2 so that both my wife and I had a remote (obviously one on buetooth and the other on IR). It was purchased on Amazon about 5 years ago and unlike the Glass/Stream remotes it still works perfectly.
