For BBC Shows, cloud recordings won't be taken. The BBC don't allow it and instead enforce the playlist "link" to point to the BBC iPlayer version. The same appears to be true for ITV content and ITV X ( historically some ITV shows have cloud recorded, but over the past 6 months i've noticed that all ITV playlisted shows are linked to ITV X, which does mean you have to wait for them to upload the show to ITV X which can be delayed by a couple of hours for live programming).

Sky Go is a legacy product which integrates with the satelliete platform. As the sky streaming platform is a completely new tech stack Sky Go doesn't integrate and there is currently no way provided by Sky to be able to remotely add shows to your playlist ( or manage your playlist).
