I have been happily using my LG Oled55G36 and LG G1 soundbar since October 2023 with the Sky Stream remote. I used it at lunchtime today and then came back to switch on this evening and the remote will no longer control the volume!
I can see from other similar previous posts that this is a known issue and I have repeatedly tried all the fixes offered, rebooted my stream puck, pressed the 1/3, 7/9 etc, replaced the batteries, etc. On checking settings and firmware, I just get an N/A for the remote control firmware, is this correct or should it read something else?

Thank you for replying that but that isn't much help to me, I know it does not impact everyone, but I was looking for a work around from someone who had this issue and resolved it.

I have tried everything suggested by the Sky online help and none of it works., I will have to call them as there does not seem to be any other work around

I have an LG C8 OLED. I found i needed to disconnect my hometheatre, go through all the options until you input your TV model and then finally it connected after about the 4th attempt.
2 hours on a Sunday i'll never get back

Thank you! I will give that a try, waiting for a delivery tomorrow so a good time to try it as I am trapped at home.
