Sky Stream - Bluetooth won’t turn on my pucks (voice control works via Bluetooth)

I have the original Sky Pucks and the non startup on BT began with me earlier this year.  It must affect all older units.  I'll need to contact Sky for replacments myself after reading these posts.

Like a few others, I’m just counting down the days until I can cancel my contract and send this rubbish back. Sky are obviously not interested in resolving it. I love the fact that their sponsored ad shows the puck installed behind a TV.

Along with this BT issue, my pucks just randomly re-boot also. I really don’t understand why you even need hardware anymore.. Must be a reason I spose. There are plenty of other options out there.

Hi @KevNewMedia. Is there any way to pair a third party universal remote with the Sky stream puck via BlueTooth? I have an Unfolded Circle Remote 3 that I'm trying - and failing - to get to work with Sky. Thanks in advance.

Ok now I'm gunna ask a question here, does the sky box wake via hdmi cec. Surely it should do that. Could you not hold the power but on the remote to wake the TV as I assume that insight of the remote or and then the box will wake allowing the Bluetooth to work. I am sure mine would wake when turning on TV but I turned it for another reason.
