I have the original Sky Pucks and the non startup on BT began with me earlier this year. It must affect all older units. I'll need to contact Sky for replacments myself after reading these posts.

Like a few others, I’m just counting down the days until I can cancel my contract and send this rubbish back. Sky are obviously not interested in resolving it. I love the fact that their sponsored ad shows the puck installed behind a TV.
Along with this BT issue, my pucks just randomly re-boot also. I really don’t understand why you even need hardware anymore.. Must be a reason I spose. There are plenty of other options out there.
