Sky Sports Main Event UHD 401

Hi everyone. We have just got Sky Stream and so far so good.

My one question is whether its possible to "move" Sky Sports Main Event UHD from 901 to 401? I like to be able to flick through the sports channels and having it further away is annoying (first world problem I know)

@adamandfamily Welcome to the forum.  Unfortunately the channels are fixed and cannot be configured by the users.  If we had the ability to customise there would be lots of things I would like to change especially deleting from and rearranging items on the home screen. 🤔

Ah thats a shame. On Sky Q I remember the channels swapped automatically. Never mind!

Do you have the UHD and Dolby Atmos pack listed on your account?

This would swap the Sky Sports Mmain event uhd/hd between 401 and 901.

I have the above pack and my Sky Sports Main Event UHD is on 401, with Sky Sports Main Event HD on 901.

If you do have the above pack, there must be something wrong with your swap. Let us know and we can pass you onto the Sky messaging team to look at why this happening with your account.

Yes I do have the UHD / Atmos pack. And I have Main Event UHD and F1 UHD, theyre just channels 901 and 902(?)

Turn off the box at the wall and turn it back on. Should work.

When you have UHD & Dolby Atmos pack subscription 

Republic of Ireland 

Sky Sports Main Event

401 is HD 

901 is UHD

UK

401 is UHD

901 is HD

Sky Sports Formula 1 Channel

UK and Republic of Ireland 

406 is UHD

902 is HD

What you can do is add channels to favourites and arrange channels be listed in order of your choice.

Example have 901 listed first.

When you go to home menu

TV Guide beside this you will see your favourite channels listed.

Also picture settings default streaming format make sure you have set to Auto or UHD

I keep mine set to UHD.

Is your Stream set to UHD? If it isn't you will not get UHD on 401. It can sometimes reset to HD depending on your set up.

Hi all - the channels seem to randomly have swapped into the "right" positions this evening. Didnt need to do anything. I guess there was just some delay.
