Sky Puck not working
Hi
I have had new sky broadband and sky pucks delivered my one puck is working on the main TV in the lounge but the second puck in my bedroom is not.
It kept getting stuck on updates - I did everything to reset it and then plugged it into the Ethernet cable to update.
it then started to work with TV and was going through set up but it then kept saying it won't link to my account and I keep getting an error message saying "sorry because of a technical issue your currently experiencing a limited service"
I have rang sky and they have said that it's a know about issue and there is nothing I can do and I just have to leave it and hopefully it will work at some point. But I have been told no timescales as to how long it will take.
Does anyone has any suggestions please?

This is a known issue for some customers, Sky are aware and investigating.
What has helped some, is connect via an ethernet cable or via a hotspot and leave connected for ten minutes or longer and the update process then continues.
Sky Stream with two pucks (former Sky Q and Sky+ customer).
Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Mobile unlimited data. Sky Protect smart tech kit tester.
My good journey to Sky Stream from Sky Q. Click here to read
