Re: Mini box internet

@wayhesaxo Try restarting it and your router. If that doesn't help try connecting via ethernet and turn WiFi off in the Settings. You may get a more stable connection. WiFi is prone to interference for a number of reasons.

Re: Mini box internet

@wayhesaxo   When you say mini box, I presume you have Sky Stream and you mean your second puck!
presumably your first puck is in your main sitting room downstairs.  Where is your second puck?

Re: Mini box internet

@wayhesaxo   I suspected that was the case.  Internet connection is vital for the pucks to work properly.  If your router is in the living room you may need a booster to reach your bedroom. Normally that wouldn't be needed but all depends how far the bedroom is away and the type of walls you have.

Re: Mini box internet

@wayhesaxo   Sorry this is getting a bit confusing.  When you said mini box I presumed it was a second puck.  Do you actually have two pucks or just the one in your living room?

Re: Mini box internet

Thanks for the clarification. 👍

If your router is not connected to your puck by an Ethernet cable, does it have a direct line of sight to your puck, also move away any objects from the both and check if your router is not near a window or mirror?   All this can cause problems

Re: Mini box internet

That maybe your problem. The reason I know I had problems with my puck and my router was behind my settee, tucked away out of sight.  I was told to move it and give it a direct line of sight with no obstacles in the way and make sure no objects were close to it or the puck.  It isn't ideal but my router is now on full view in my room and I have had no problems since.
