Can't watch TV through my Sky Puck. Got a constant message saying Sorry due to a technical issue you have a limited service we are working hard to fix this issue.
I have followed all the advice given of unplugging TV and holding button on Puck until lights come up and change colour then followed the instructions to set up the Puck again all good connected to Internet. Press home page oh look same message still there.

Yes that was part of Sky instructions. Didn't work

Thank you I have spoken to Sky help and they are assisting with the problem. Think might end up as replacement puck required
