Sky Puck/Stream picture juddery or delayed

Its hard to explain but this has been going on for months if not years and it seems to be getting worse.

My sky puck which I asume is same as Sky Stream the picture seems to judder or be delayed, like if watching darts or the soaps the picture seems to be delayed.  Its really not great when watching.

I seem to restart device by the menu and then it seems not so bad for a bit but then it does the same thing.

Ive tried the normal power off senario and I have used the reset device via the menu, Im wonmdering if a hard dreset from the device may work or it just maybe faulty now?

Hope you can offer help.

@Ian1979  1st things to check is the speed of your broadband reaching the puck, on the puck open Netflix, go to Get Help and run connection test, what speed is being reported?

@Ian1979

Are you able to connect your puck to your router with an ethernet cable ? This can sometimes provide extra stability to slower internet connections. If the distance is too great there are inexpensive options such as powerline adapters which can connect your router to the puck over your mains wiring

if you do connect via Ethernet tenner to switch off the wifi in the puck settings and restart your puck to save

Re: Sky Puck/Stream picture juddery or delayed

Thanks but I don't think it's a speed issue.
