Pucks don’t appear to be working
I have 3 pucks , tonight 3 decided not to work, one showing menu but the small screen is blank and can't select anything. The other saying no signal everything appears to be ok cable wise but tv is showing multi coloured lines on the hdmi input , now the other saying no signal again was working ok until we went to change channel.... so 3 pucks not working

There is clearly something in your local environment which has caused an issue. Best course of action would be to unplug all your pucks for at least 2 minutes. Power off your router for a few minutes and power it back on. Then power on each puck and check for connectivity.
You dont say who your ISP is or what your broadband speed is but Sky say you need 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD and then 10Mbps for each additional puck.
You can check the speed your pucks are getting by opening netflix> profile icon > get help > connectivity check.

Have you checked your internet is ok? Fo you have any other devices connected to your router that may also not be working ?
