Sky Puck Pin issues
I have seen this issue a number of times in the forum, with no definitive process to address the issue - there are outstanding tickets unresolved, while others have said they resolved it, without listing the programmatic steps.
I am trying to activate a second Sky puck on Sky Stream - after syncing the remote, I have stalled at the PIN Settings screen - despite entering the (newly created PIN, which I changed last night to try resolve the issue), the screen is asking for my PIN, and not progressing, stating it may be the last 4 digits of my phone number, or cc, and none of these work (I know my PIN).
I cannot progress, which is incredibly frustrating - can someone list out the steps users should follow to rectify this issue, as I will not be the last person asking this question.

There can be a number of reasons for the pin not working/activating.
All we can point to for help is as laid out in the Sky Help here;
If none of those work, it's a call to Sky or if you prefer we can escalate to the Sky community escalation team on here;
Sky Stream with two pucks via wifi (former Sky Q and Sky+ customer).

I've escalated this to Sky and they should be in touch with you soon about it.
Look out for a message from Sky on your email and Sky Community private messages.
Look out for the blue chat bubble within your Sky community.
