Sky Puck First Startup issue

Just ordered my sky puck, unboxed it, connected to broadband. The white light is now flashing constantly and the sky logo is on screen and nothing seems to be happening. I have performed the factory reset and switched from a wireless connected to a wired connection and still the box is stuck in this phase. Any ideas?

@Bobsaget have you tried unplugging the puck for a couple of minutes as well, just to allow it to completely power down, before starting up again?

Yes, the puck has been powered off for several hours before reattempting. Followed the guides online for resetting, have now contacted Sky for a replacement so issue is as solved as it can be for now until replacement arrives.

I was going to ask if you needed this escalated to the Sky Messaging Team, but sounds like you got through to Sky to get the replacement puck ordered.
