@stevehambrecht you can check the speed from the puck by opening the Netflix app, going to get help and then check your network. It's worth doing this several times particularly when you are seeing the issue.
Also worth testing by connecting via Ethernet cable instead of WiFi. When testing this you should ensure you go into the pucks settings and disable the WiFi otherwise your testing may be invalidated as the puck may start switching between WiFi and Ethernet.
