Sky Glass Puck connectivity

Our Sky Glass puck is not reconnecting automatically with the master TV after a power cut. Asking to link the account. When I go the the Sky activate web page to put in the code number it says the web page is restricted and I can't get in to enter the six-digit code on the TV screen . How can this be resolved?

@Scottie4  You mean you have a Stream puck? Sky Glass is the TV, Sky Stream is the puck.

 

Are you logging in with the correct Sky ID, also are you logging into your Sky account before trying the link?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
