my sky puck is showing the white light but my tv screen in blank

Hi @Leayh I'm assuming it has worked OK in the past but if not then make sure your puck is connected by HDMI to the correct TV input.

Assuming it is connected correctly, if you have not already done it try a basic reboot to see if it helps.  Unplug at the socket and leave it for a couple of minutes before plugging it in again.  It will take a couple of minutes to complete a reboot.

Mine does that about 60% of the time I tunr it on or try to, more often of late, pulling the power cable out is a pain but seems to do the job.
