F1 live recording keeps skipping for 30 seconds, anyone else having this problem?

It's been frustrating that it keeps jumping and skipping from the start! I couldn't watch it! Why has this been happening with F1 today? I pay for sports just to watch F1.

Can I ask, can we cancel our contract if we are not getting the services we signed up for? My husband is literally experiencing this whenever he watches motorsport and football on the playlist. So frustrating!!! Why on earth would Sky roll out a service that isn't reliable and can't be fixed? So disappointed.

Everytime we put anything in playlist to watch later, we we play it keeps skipping 30 secs forward Which frustrates the pants of my partner who is watching or trying to watch football....any help?

Trying to watch Qatar F1 on playlist this eve. The program keeps jumping forwards which is very annoying and makes watching it nearly impossible.  It jumps forwards just as the race starts so we missed the start😡🤬. This has happened before earlier in the year so clearly the problem is not fixed as sky claimed. Considering how much we have to pay for sky sports to watch F1 this is rally not acceptable.

I've had enough now that aren't fulfilling the contract so as far as I'm concerned it's void. It skipped the whole first lap for me

This is ridiculous,  it's hours after the race and the playback is still skipping.

Sky sort this out, you're quick enough to take my money, now be quick and sort this out!

Yes same today with premier league football, added  2 matches to play list and when I watched them had the exactly the same problem. So annoying sky stream has some real issues, seriously considering going back to my old system.

Same, jumps forward a lap every time... it's in watchable!

Without sounding like a broken record. It's happening to me. Trying to watch F1 and it's unwatchable. 
Sky sort this issue out now. We pay more than enough money for a service that's unwatchable.

The service is beyond a joke. I've complained several times and requested compensation but get pushed down the road every time. 

I cannot wait until my contract ends. Loyal customer of over 10 years however I won't be returning. 

Sky sort it out fast or I hope many others follow suit.

Same thing here, impossible to watch the Grand Prix like this.
