Skipping for up to 30 seconds, anyone else having this problem?

Not a single "recorded" F1 to my sky stream puck has worked this year. It's totally ruined F1 for me this year. If I weren't in the middle of my contract I'd cancel. It's rubbish like this that pushes people to piracy.

If only there was somebody else to get it from. When there is only one card holder, and they do not seem to give a #@+t.

It seems as though as long as the dough keeps rolling in, then it's ok.

Another week, another race ruined. Always the same issue. Also had problems with Fulham Arsenal when I watched that live earlier, exactly the same problem as described by a previous poster in this thread today.

Sky complaints team tried ringing me on Friday about last week's complaint. I was in a meeting so asked them to ring back later, the lady said she'd ring back tomorrow instead (Saturday), they didn't. Rang instead on Sunday when I couldn't take it. Now got an email, again with no helpful information included instead I'm told to waste my time ringing them.

I seem to have found a way round this. Go into sports from the sky stream 'home page' (blue catagory boxes near the top), then under 'in case you missed it' find the race and play from there. This stopped the skipping for me!

I'm watching the Tottenham v Chelsea game and I've so far missed the first three goals due to the skipping. Sort it out Sky, we pay huge amounts each month and expect a premium service.

I've a friendly pirate who laughs at me paying a fortune for this 💩. I will never go illegal, as my conscience won't allow that. If Sky would reciprocate on the basis of acting fairly, and cancel my contract and refund me what I've already outlayed on Sky Glass, and take the whole lot back again, I'd be happy. If I try to cancel, I'm gonna get screwed over by them for something I've paid for and not received. Something's not right here.

Same issue here on Sky Glass! Waste of bloody money. Shocking service. The only reason I bought Sky and Sky Glass was for the F1, and I can't watch it!

If we were in America they would be paying us proper compensation for this, or fixing it quickly to avoid a class action, but what I want is to be able to watch F1 and the Football they are the monopoly provider for, not a few quid.
