Stream keeps jumping forward when recording football

Having a similar problem watching on sky stream. Jumps forward 10 seconds, pretty much every 20 seconds.

Yes same thing. Recorded chelsea v Arsenal as i was working and didnt want to know the score.

Came in and selected watch from start.

Then every min or so it jumped forward 12 seconds.

Then even worse with the score at 1-1 and 20 mins to go it froze and said waiting to upload and then when it did load it went straight to the live feed which was the sudio guys talking after the game with the final score displayed.

Totally ruined the whole game for me.

•  Sky Glass is the biggest waste of money ever i pay over £100 a month for a **bleep** service thatbis full of glitches. SORT IT OUT SKY.

Yep I've got this issue as well now, skipping forward on the football today on the playlist. Any reply from Sky on it? I've emailed them

You need to make a complaint to viewerR@sky.uk 

What happened fro memis that I got an email confirmation and then a phone call to arrange a callback to discuss the issue with Sky support. 

The guy I spoke to recognised the problem as a known issue and told me that it should be fixed in the next upgrade (due in the next couple of weeks but no firm date for this.)

I also got a £20 credit for my trouble.

I sent this to Viewer Relations last week.

Then got a call from Sky to say they are aware of the issue but dont have a solution.!

Not great.

Just got a call again from Sky to confirm it is a "known" issue but no fix at present.

Still happening with the Chelsea Arsenal game on Sunday 

They say they are working on a fix and if successful it will be rolled out on the next update, as yet unplanned.

Promised to look at my bill once resolved and weekly update call.

Thanks for the advice. I spoke to Sky technical services and was told that it was a broadband problem. I moved my Sky BB router nearer to the TV's and thought the problem was solved.

Football watched on the playlist feature from TNT Sports seems to work. But watching premier league on Sky Sports via the playlist still skips and is impossible to watch. Can watch premier league from Sky stream live in UHD but same match on Playlist skips.

I will monitor. If problem persists I will seek full cancellation. AGAIN!

Never have I known rubbish like @skytv have created with Stream. Ten minutes of adverts, press fast forward, jumps to start and makes me watch adverts again. And they wonder why IPTV prevails, pay £1000s a year for this crap. Started F1 Quali at 9:50, now 10:10 back at start.

Strange - I'm not seeing that issue at all. I started watching the qualifying session from my playlist at around 9:30 and have had no issues so far with the broadcast or fast forwarding through the ads.

Im not having this issue either, just been playing the Qualy cloud recording for half an hour.

Spoke to Sky again today, apparently still not close to a fix for this.

Promised to keep me updated and recommended I watch on Sky Go on my phone instead lol. 

£100 per month and you can't watch football on demand 🙄
