Shopping Channels on Sky Essentials

we would like to add various shopping channels to favourites in our 49. Any ideas?

There are only the 4 QVC channels on sky stream. These can be added as per other favourite channels.

Essential.  With Sky Stream. How do I add the shopping channels to favourites? I can only see limited channels rather than the full channel list. Thanks for your reply.

Thank you for your reply. We have Sky essentials via the puck. We cannot, so far, incorporate the shopping channels into our favourists list.

Hi @JBP3 

Your repeating yourself without expanding on what you are trying to do. There are only 4 shopping channels on Sky Stream (irrelevant of the subscription level you have) these are the QVC channels. For the channel line up see: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/tv-channel-list-sky-glass

You can add these 4 channels to your favourites the same way as adding any channel to favourites. See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/using-favourites-on-sky-q

(While the link says Q it covers stream and glass too).

If you mean can you add any other channels, the answer is no. Only the QVC channels 'broadcast' on Stream and Glass platform.

Thank you for your patience. I have had Sky for only a few days so am not at all familiar with the favourites process. When I get to 'choose your favourite channels', there are only 7 categories, starting with 'tv shows' .

This does not include any QVC channels. Clearly I am doing this the wrong way.  Any advice appreciated, perhaps to access the full channel list and selecting favourites from there .

Hi @JBP3 

As there are only a handful of channels there isn't a category of their own like with Q. When you add them (or view them) in the guide you need to scroll down to the 600 range where they live.
