Requested a new remote

I requested a new remote a week ago, at the moment I am paying for a service i cannot use

Hi @AE67 

 

We are fellow customers on the community. You will need to speak to sky to see where your order is for your remote.

 

In the meantime you can use the app on your phone to control your puck. See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-remote-app

 

Note you may need to turn it on manually (with the button on the bottom) for it to be found in the app.
