Samsung UE55JU6410 TV compatibility

I;m trying to use my Sky Stream puck with my Samsung UE55JU6410 TV. I get the program guide but when I select a program to watch I get no sound or picture. There must be a setting somewhere which I can't find to get the two to talk to each other, but I can't find it! I'd be very grateful if anyone has any clues.

@Monkeycounter

A quick scan of the user manual tells me that you may need to check that you have UHD Colour set to ON for the HDMI port you are using your puck on.

Also, more crucially, given what @TimmyBGood suggests, it states:

HDCP 2.2 is supported only by the TV's HDMI (MHL) port. HDCP is short for "High bandwidth Digital Content Protection" and is used for video copyright protection.

So make sure you are using that particular HDMI port on the TV to connect the puck.

That's a TV from 2015, which in technology terms is pretty old.

Try setting the video output of the Stream puck to 1080i - this is the native resolution for all HD content.

As @Angel_Aka indicates, that's a set from more than a decade ago. This inevitably makes it dubious for HDCP 2.2 support which UHD from Stream requires, even though the panel itself has the necessary number of pixels.
