Retentions

I spoke to a lady called Mary in retentions on Sunday and was advised she would ring me back to discuss my TV deal if I were to stay with you as an existing customer before my contract ends however we are now Friday and I have still heard nothing back from this department. It is very disappointing as I was assured this would happen ASAP

We are all fellow customers on here like yourself you should call sky back, as when I  have spoken  to the retention team  in the past they have done the discounts  there and then on the phone  no call back
