Sky stream, puck crashing

Hi, we have sky broadband and tv and the sky stream puck keeps crashing while watching tv the only solution is to turn off and on at the mains, I have also tried hard and soft reset and consistently refresh the apps but the puck keeps crashing and also freezing. Have checked the speed it's receiving and it's 220 mbps so don't think it's a issue with broadband speed. It happens several times a day. Any help much appreciated.

Have you checked  the speed the puck is getting  through Netflix,  open Netflix go to help open it and run  check my network to see what speed  you are getting

What is your broadband speed to the hub, and the more  devices that you have connected to the Internet the weaker the signal is to each one, could be the wifi connection which is not  that stable have you tried using an ethernet cable to connect the puck  to the hub

Hi, thank you for your reply, sky puck is connected via ethernet cable, connection speed is 46.18 Mbps
